• Minimum stays and higher than seasonal rates apply for special events & holidays, please call for rates
• A $10 fee per night is applied for a third and fourth person and rooms with pets
• All are welcome at our property but the minimum age of the person whom will be checking in/ signing responsibility for the room must be 21 years of age.

2 Queen Beds, Semiprivate - There are only 2 rooms at The Palms Hotel that do not have their own bathroom. They can be reserved separately or together. Each room has 2 queen beds and has all the amenities of our regular rooms with the exception of the bathroom. Each of the 2 guest rooms, including the bathroom, has a private locking door. Arrival Time

Check-in time is 2pm. If you arrive early, the front desk will be happy to store your luggage while you enjoy our pool or take a stroll around town

Cancellations

Regular bookings require 7 day advance cancellation in order to receive a refund of your deposit. Special event reservations require 30 day cancellation for refunds. Group cancellations are based on the terms of the group contract

Departure Time

In order to accommodate the guests arriving behind you, please depart your room by 11am. Thank you.

Deposit

Regular bookings require a one night deposit to secure a reservation. Special Event bookings require 50% prepayment at the time of reservation.

Credit Cards

All major credit cards are accepted.

Office Hours

The front office is open daily between 8am and 10pm. If you are going to be arriving after 10pm, please notify us by 9pm on your arrival date so we may make special arrangements for your arrival.
All guest rooms have private entrances so that guests may come and go as the please.
